Conflict Analysis/Evaluation

Working with stakeholders at all levels of an organization and the community it serves we gather information relevant to the conflict. After a thorough analysis we provide a report which will offer a framework for an effective intervention process that will take into account the goals and interests of all involved parties.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Alternative dispute resolution (also known as ADR) is a process that allows people to resolve a conflict without resorting to litigation. It is a way to help parties settle disputes without involving attorneys or the courts system. ADR is generally quicker, less expensive, more flexible, and more user-friendly than litigation.

icon-checkMediation – we provide a neutral third party to facilitate an agreement between disputing parties. Though these agreements are typically nonbinding they can be registered with the courts to make them binding agreements.

Course design

We design trainings, workshops, and presentations based on the results of a conflict analysis/evaluation or as a result of the outcome of an ADR session.
